Strong temperature change immunity

PTFE, which constitutes the membrane, can withstand temperatures from minus 250 to plus 260 degrees celcius with strong resistance to temperature changes and physical stimuli.

Significantly lower pressure losses

In the conventional filter bags, the pressure loss continues to increase due to dust deposition and adhesion as filters are operated for a long time, but as PTFE membrane enables surface filtration, it can be operated at a state of constant pressure loss

Deep filtration

The dusts passing between the filter fibers and the bubbles form the primary and secondary cake layers, and the differential pressure increases with efficiency, and fine dusts are accumulated between the fibers and the bubbles, causing rapid differential pressure to rise.
In addition, the filtration range that can collect in fiber phase and bubbles is limited, making it impossible to adapt to the increased emission standards.

Surface filtration

By forming a porous layer of microporous structure that acts as a primary cake layer on the surface of the filter medium, it does not penetrate dust into the filter medium. As a result, dust does not penetrate into the filter medium, which maintains a constant differential pressure and it not only prolongs the life, but shows excellent dust collection efficiency due to the microporous layer.

Easy dust exhaustion

PTFE itself has increased dust exhaustion and perfect surface filtration to show effects, so you can easily brush off the dust on the surface of filter bags.

Increase of gas flow rate

Due to the nature of PTFE membrane material, it has higher air to cloth ratio, which can increase the flow rate of process gas that can be processed per unit area, and this results in improving the productivity and reducing the initial investment cost (from using a small dust collector to collect large capacity).

Enhanced life of filter cloth

Due to surface filtration, the pressure loss is low and the dust is easy to be exhausted, so it is possible to operate with little impact or low pressure, which increases life of filter cloth.

Pollution prevention

It prevents the contamination of the filter bag itself after shaking if off.
Since the collecting surface is covered with PTFE membrane, the leftovers of filter cloth itself do not fall off, so you do not have to worry about contamination caused leftover intake on food or fine chemicals.
