  • APD SERIES is equipped with IE3 grade motors, which are high-performance and are designed to reduce power consumption and CO2 to provide social value in the environment of ESG management.

A structure that minimizes the cause of dust explosion

  • APD SERIES is a dust explosion safety countermeasure type dust collector that eliminates dust with AIR PULSE and prevents sparks when the dust collector is operated with an explosion-proof MOTOR and an optional closed external explosion-proof electric box.

A full-length box

  • Depending on the conditions of use, it is sealed with SEAL PACKING, etc., using an explosion-proof electronic box or STEEL box to prevent flame exposure.

Storm prevention zone

  • If dust explodes in the dust collector, the explosive force ruptures the main body of the dust collector, which leads to large-scale human accidents, thereby inducing explosive energy and discharging it through the upper discharge port behind the dust collector to minimize damage.

Slide Gate

  • In the event of a fire caused by external flame penetration, the slide gate operates to prevent fire expansion and protect the motor.

Anti-backflow valve

  • If there is a dust explosion inside the dust collector, it protects the operator from flame storms by preventing the flame from flowing back into the DUCT.
